Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Reviver Studio, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies.

1. Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made within 3 days of payment.
• Once a project has started or resources are allocated, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been initiated.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
